Description: The Clackamas Wilderness protects about 9,470 acres in six parcels scattered along the Clackamas River, the South Fork Clackamas River, and the Roaring River. These rivers have all been designated as wild and scenic, and the wilderness designation will help protect these natural waterways.
Location: From Estacada, take Forest Road 46, the West Cascades Scenic Byway.
